The kitchen is settled in a traditional 18th-century family house, inside the walls of the lovely historic Évora, on the border of the ancient Jewish quarter. Portuguese cuisine has a huge amount of ingredients, all with great taste due to our good weather and landscape. So, according to the season, we have a wide variety of food: pork, lamb, beef, rabbit, fish, shellfish, chicken, quail, and vegetarian. (it's possible to adapt to different food intolerance problems.) Our most popular ingredients are olive oil, garlic, onion, and aromatic herbs, like coriander, parsley, oregano, thyme, rosemary, pennyroyal, chives, and many others. After the cooking experience, it is time to eat and flavor the food you made, enjoying our wine selection for each meal.

Then, you will enjoy a drive/walking tour to the city of Évora - a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Revered as a city museum, Évora's impeccably preserved historic center stands as one of Portugal's most culturally rich monuments. Delve into the city's heritage, where every corner unfolds a story.

Marvel at the Roman Temple of Évora, a significant Roman monument situated at the city's highest point. Initially believed to have been erected in the 1st century to honor Emperor Augustus, it later became known as the Temple of Diana. The Cathedral, an architectural masterpiece built in the Gothic style between the 13th and 14th centuries, holds prominence as one of Portugal's most significant medieval cathedrals.

The Church of San Francisco, reconstructed during the reign of D. João II and completed in the era of D. Manuel, is an architectural marvel blending Gothic, Mudejar, and Manueline styles.
